Refund & Cancellation Policy

A significant part of our services involves third-party costs — embassy visa fees, airline tickets, hotel bookings and Saudi authority fees. These costs are generally non-refundable. 1. Consultancy fees: non-refundable once the first consultation has taken place. 2. Hajj/Umrah deposits: on cancellation before departure, the balance is refunded after deducting third-party costs already committed. 3. Visa refusal: government fees are never refundable; JAI service fees are governed by your signed engagement. 4. Process: send refund requests in writing to info.jai.bd@gmail.com; a decision is communicated within 14 business days.
