Terms of Service

JAI is a consultancy. We are not an airline, a visa-issuing authority or a government body. 1. Our services: consultation, documentation assistance, application preparation, and travel/package arrangement. 2. No guarantee of outcome: decisions on visas, work permits and immigration rest solely with the relevant embassy, government or employer. 3. Client responsibility: all information and documents provided must be truthful and accurate. 4. Fees: all consultancy and service fees are disclosed in writing in advance. The Bangla version of these Terms is treated as authoritative (subject to client confirmation).
